This Privacy Policy explains how GROUPHASE LIMITED (“GROUPHASE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius under company number 197049 AC, with its registered office at Venture Corporate Services (Mauritius) Limited, Level 3, Tower 1, Nexteracom Towers, Cybercity, Ebene, Republic of Mauritius, collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with our website grouphase.tech and the mobile applications we develop and operate.
1. Who we are
GROUPHASE LIMITED is a diversified company operating across consumer-electronics distribution and IT services, with a dedicated mobile apps division that builds, publishes and advertises its own mobile applications for Android and iOS. This policy concerns grouphase.tech and that mobile apps division. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), GROUPHASE acts as a data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Contact data you provide when you email us or submit an enquiry (such as your name, email address and message).
- Usage data about how you interact with grouphase.tech, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type and referring source.
- Cookie data set by us and by analytics providers, subject to your consent (see Section 7).
- App data processed within the applications we operate, as described in each application’s own in-app privacy notice.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and communicate with you about our services.
- To operate, maintain and improve grouphase.tech and the applications we publish.
- To measure and improve the performance of our marketing campaigns.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Advertising and the Google Ads API
GROUPHASE advertises its own portfolio of mobile applications. To manage and report on these advertising campaigns, we operate an internal platform that integrates with the Google Ads API. Through this integration we access campaign performance metrics, budgets and creative assets within Google Ads accounts that we own and operate.
Our use of the Google Ads API is limited to managing our own advertising for the apps we publish; the platform is used only by GROUPHASE employees and is not made available to third parties. Our access to and use of data obtained through the Google Ads API is subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, in connection with the Google Ads API:
- What we access: campaign, ad group and asset performance metrics, budgets and creative assets within Google Ads accounts that GROUPHASE owns and operates.
- How we use it: solely to manage and report on our own App campaigns through internal dashboards and automation; it is not used to provide a service to anyone else.
- How we store it: in an internal data store with access restricted to authorised employees, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- How long we keep it: only as long as needed for internal reporting and optimisation, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
- What we never do: we do not sell this data, transfer it to data brokers or advertising platforms, or use it to serve ads to anyone other than GROUPHASE.

5. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our applications and website; and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our website, applications and marketing (such as hosting, analytics and advertising platforms, including Google), and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
7. Cookies
grouphase.tech uses cookies to operate the site and to understand how it is used. When you first visit, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. Essential cookies required for the site to function do not require consent.
8. International transfers
Because we operate internationally, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we put in place appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to advertising and analytics data, including data obtained through the Google Ads API, is restricted to authorised GROUPHASE personnel.
